Today I ran 10 miles in 1:17:35. This was an outside run.
This week has been harder. Though I have managed to do fairly well with my times, I can tell that taking time off, and probably all the poor eating, has had its effects. The run felt better today and I was able to complete each mile at a faster pace than last week.
After a pit stop to change my clothes and grab a snack for energy replacement, I cycled 26.62 miles in 1:29:45.
