Today I ran 6 miles for my regular Saturday run. Once again I forgot to record my time, but it would have been around 37:05.
I have pushed myself this week and my legs are feeling more tired than usual.
I came home and, after a quick snack, spun for 1 hour 35 minutes.
Total running miles for week = 43Total cycling minutes for week = 2 hours 35 minutes
